4 Week Challenge – Start 2nd April 2018

Join TEAM SWEAT for a 4 week challenge focusing on YOUR goals whether that be nutrition, weight loss or fitness.

Kick start 2018 in a supportive group with reduced personal training rate of $40 per session for 4 weeks (Usually $60). These sessions can also be buddy sessions at the same rate so why not encourage a friend to join with you.

You will be invited to join a private facebook group where mini challenges are run, recipes shared and affirmations encouraged.

Make this challenge the beginning of making 2018 YOUR year! Set your goals and in a supported environment smash them.

This challenge will include –
– weekly weigh in and measurements (if this is part of your goals – you can opt out)
– Fitness testing (if that is a part of your goals – you can opt out)
– Nutritional advice throughout the 4 weeks.
– Access to the private TEAM SWEAT facebook group
– A TEAM SWEAT welcome book with nutritional information, recommended videos, food and exercise diary
– A wallet nutritional cheat card to make ready labels at the supermarket easier
– 24/7 support by email, text and call

Sessions can be run at a local park or in your home. The sessions are children friendly. A huge part of my philosophy is to teach you how to train so when your time with me is up you have all the knowledge required to ensure you are successful well into the future.

I bring all the equipment – dumbells, plate weights, barbells, kettlebells, boxing gear, mats, powerbands, steps, battle ropes, plus more.

Sessions are designed around your goals and interests to ensure they are enjoyable. Fitness should be fun 🙂
