My name is Shelly Emery and I am a qualified Personal Trainer. I have a passion in fitness and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. I create a fun and friendly environment for people to achieve their goals, be active and make friends.

For a short time only I am taking on new clients for the successful Skinny Jean Challenge! Zip up with amazing results in 8 weeks!

The challenge includes a

  • welcome bag with a Sweat and Inspire welcome book including nutritional information, recommended inspirational movies, food and exercise dairy, a supermarket nutritional cheat card and massage ball
  • an individualised work out program focusing on your goals and what you enjoy
  • Weekly weigh in and measurements to keep you accountable and on track
  • 2 x Personal training sessions at $40 each. Bring a friends and share the cost at $20 each per session each.

I use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettle bells, power bands, skipping ropes, plate weights, barbells and more.

The sessions can be held at your house or a local park.

Personal training sessions are child friendly.
