SWEAT and INSPIRE’s philosophy is to help others become passionate about fitness as much as we are. We want our team members to feel confident and strong in their bodies.
Small Group Training includes weight and body composition measurements if requested.
The group training sessions are held at Almond Tree Flat Reserve on Centre Street, Largs Bay SA. These sessions will be filled with fun team functional workouts for all fitness levels. Be ready to laugh and get your SWEAT on.
Sessions are Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6.15am to 7.00am.
These sessions have limited numbers of only 6 attendees to ensure training is personalised and results are achieved.

Largs Small Group Training costs only $25 a session. With all session paid up front at the start of each month.
